Every effort is made to accurately describe and portray all our products in detail, however, if further information is required please telephone the order line.

PAYMENT

If preferred payment can be made by telephone using all major credit & debit card  Payment may also be made by cheque if order sent by post (cheque made payable to Classic Cotton). No surcharge for credit cards.

All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched. All items remain the property of Classic Cotton until paid for in full.

DELIVERY

To avoid invalidating any claim all damage or losses to ordered goods sustained during delivery must be reported immediately on receipt.

All orders received are despatched the next working day. Regrettably, any delay in the receipt of your order is completely out of our control due to the current international shipping problems we cannot be held responsible for this delay.
When checking your tracking number the item will be in the postal system and not sitting in the post office where posted, as incorrectly stated.
Any out of stock items we will notify you and the order will be despatched within 14 days. You will be notified of the tracking information of your order.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you find any material fault with a product or the item is not suitable for a particular reason we will be happy to refund the purchase price of the item (s) on receipt of the returned goods and the relevant receipt as long as we are notified within 14 days of purchase.

Goods must remain unworn, unwashed and not soiled or damaged in any way, with its original packaging and paperwork. You will be responsible for returning the item, including costings. If goods are being refunded due to an error on our part, your postal costs will be refunded.

Once the item is received and approved we will refund within 7-10 days, the amount of the item only will be refunded minus the original delivery cost. 

For anybody returning goods for a refund or an exchange, as soon as we receive the goods returned will we notify you. Because of the postal strike, there is also a delay in our receiving the returned goods.

 EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not delighted with the product that you have purchased you may exchange the item within 30 days of purchase,  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, so we would suggest that to obtain a relevant postage certificate when items are returned to us.
