Cecily is a delicate sleeveless pure white cotton nightdress, edged with 100% cotton lace with beautiful lavender/purple embroidery on the bodice and completed with four light mother-of-pearl buttons down the front.

Lovely cotton nightdress

Very good service and quality goods. However, this nightdress is only one size and that is huge. The armholes I’m sure were made to fit a size 18 and not a size 10 like me. I got out my sewing machine and took 2inches off either side and now the nightdress is perfect. Please think about doing at least 2 sizes in future. I would recommend the nightdress for quality but if you are anything below a size 14 you need to be handy with a sewing machine.

Cool cotton, but vast!

This is a lovely cotton nightdress, but being a one-size it may be too big for anyone smaller than a 16. It's huge on me, I'm a 14. The embroidery is paler and more "granny mauve" than purple, but that's a quibble. Good quality fabric.
