Refunds and Returns

If you as the purchaser returns the item within the above date we will issue a full refund.

If you as the recipient of the gift requires to return we can offer an exchange or credit note.

**Christmas Gifts to be returned by the 10th January 2020. Either by the purchaser as a exchange or full refund or by the recipient for an exchange or credit note. 

If you find any material fault with a product or the item is not suitable for a particular reason we will be happy to refund the purchase price on receipt of the returned goods and the relevant receipt as long as we are notified within 14 days of purchase.

Goods must remain unworn and unwashed with its original packaging and paperwork. You will be responsible for returning the item, including costings. If goods are being refunded due to an error on our part, your postal costs will be refunded.

Once the item is received and approved we will refund within 7-10 days (working days), the amount of the item only will be refunded minus the original delivery cost. 

EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not delighted with the product that you have purchased you may exchange the item within 30 days of purchase, or we will give you a credit note to be used with us within a period of 6 months. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, so we would suggest that to obtain a relevant postage certificate when items are returned to us.
